FREE car parking is available in the Chapel Field on Spy Lane. It is clearly sign posted and just a short distance from the festival site.

Parking is done so at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for damage or in the unlikely event of theft. Cars can be left overnight, but sleeping overnight in the Chapel Field is strictly prohibited. The Chapel Field is locked overnight and opened for car collection in the morning.

Please note: there is strictly no parking at the North Hall site. Please respect our neighbours and use the parking provided.

If you wish to erect a gazebo you may access the site from 1pm; no site access for the general public will be permitted before that time. No unauthorised vehicle access to the site is permitted at any time; please use our free car park. Anyone requiring special or assisted vehicle access please contact us prior to the event.

The nearest train stations are Billingshurst, Horsham, Guildford and Haslemere. Buses run to and from the village but are infrequent and it is advisable to come by car if you can.

There is good level access to all parts of the site. Please be aware though that parts of the field can get muddy if the weather is wet.

The Festival site is all on one level and we have arrangements for disabled parking and toilet facilities. If you require vehicle access to the LoxFest site please contact us prior to the event.

Due to fire regulations BBQs, open flames, or patio heaters are NOT permitted on the Festival site. Please note: the security team may remove any potential fire hazards.

No. The terms of our licence strictly prohibit alcohol being brought onto the site. Security checks will be made at the gate and all alcohol will be confiscated. We have a large selection of beers, ales, ciders, wines and non-alcoholic beverages on sale.

No. Please don't bring glass bottles or drinking glasses. Tankards are acceptable.

We politely request you leave your dog at home. However, admission of family friendly dogs will be at the strict discretion of the security team and they MUST be kept on a lead at ALL times.

No, we do not allow bikes, scooters, skateboards etc at the festival for safety reasons.

You are very welcome to take photos and videos, and if they're suitable we'd love to see them and add them to the gallery.

Please bring suitable clothing depending on the weather - sun protection for the daytime, warm clothes if you plan to be outside in the evening (it can be chilly in West Sussex!) and suitable footwear if it's wet. The bar is under cover, but most of the site is open air.

The bar is inside a large marquee! Please note that much of the site is open air.

Open sided gazebos are permitted in our designated gazebo area. Please liaise with a member of staff upon arrival. Nothing fully enclosed (like a tent) is permitted as it obscures peoples vision across the field.

There is no cash machine, but we do accept credit/debit cards in payment for tokens to be used to purchase food and drink.

The nearest cash machine is at the petrol garage on the A281 at Alfold. There is a post office and stores in the village of Loxwood, please pay them a visit to stock up on any essentials before you arrive at the festival.

We are always looking for new talent! Please contact us for details of where to send a demo of your music.

All profits from LoxFest go towards the improvement and early years education of the children at Loxwood Pre-School. The Pre-School is a registered charity and is largely dependent on fundraising to keep going.
